My personality requires fun exciting outfits, but it is also nice to dress up in business wear from time to time. It's amazing how your outfit can change your image and even your personality for the day. This was one of those days I felt extremely confident for whatever reason. 

How do you feel about the part down the middle? As my hair gets longer I am trying different things to mix my look up. I find it's harder for me to express my spunkiness with my hair since it has gotten longer. Does anyone have any advice on how to grow my hair any faster? I am popping Biotin pills like skittles and I think it helps a little bit, but I am up for suggestions.

My job requires me to dress up in business casual attire everyday. Sometimes I feel like I have to do a little creative dressing to look fashionable, stay in dress code, and still mix my outfits up. Does anyone else have this issue?

Even though I love showing off my more casual style I thought it would be helpful to show you what I wear to work to give you some ideas if your job requires you to dress business casual. 

I have a routine when I pick my work clothes each day. I will pick a pair of bottoms I want to wear and then find a top that matches and then accessorize with shoes, jewelry, and sweaters from there. One thing to remember if your top isn't work appropriate you can always find a sweater or jacket to put over it. These are just a few things I have found helpful to get me dressed for work everyday!

Diamonds are a Girl's Best Friend

Hmmm.... there is nothing better than wearing boots and tights on a chilly day! I saw this form fitting dress in the window of H&M and I went weeks without buying it, but I just couldn't resist it any longer. I needed it!
