I don't really talk about my full-time job a lot, but there are lots of changes going on in the company right now and lots of new jobs and positions becoming available. I had an interview this day... I chose to wear red and black because they are power colors. Normally, I like to wear fun dresses and skirts to work, but I needed to bring my A game to the interview.

My personality requires fun exciting outfits, but it is also nice to dress up in business wear from time to time. It's amazing how your outfit can change your image and even your personality for the day. This was one of those days I felt extremely confident for whatever reason. 

How do you feel about the part down the middle? As my hair gets longer I am trying different things to mix my look up. I find it's harder for me to express my spunkiness with my hair since it has gotten longer. Does anyone have any advice on how to grow my hair any faster? I am popping Biotin pills like skittles and I think it helps a little bit, but I am up for suggestions.

I thought I better pull out all of my neon before it was completely unacceptable for 2013. I wore this outfit on New Years Day. I thought the sequins were a perfect touch to celebrate the new year. I can't wait to wear this skirt once the weather gets warmer with a tank top and cute pair of flip flops. What did you wear for New Years?
