This outfit is so simple, but there are so many reasons I was excited to wear it. First of all, this dress was like a double whammy for me ~ it is lace and has an adorable peter pan collar. Second of all, every girl should own a pair of red boots. I was so excited when I found these ones from Kohl's. I tried to go with the Taylor Swift cowgirly look!
