Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend. Mine weekend could not have been better. My hubby and I had the best time in Vegas. It was so hard to leave 70 degree weather to come home to snow and 20 degrees, but after a nice vacation it is always good to be home and back in the routine of things. I need to get back into the routine of working out. I have been MIA in the workout scene for a couple of weeks now. I definitely had my fair share of eating while on vacation so now it is time to hit it hard... we'll see how it goes. If I seem in a bad mood for the next little while you will know why (wink). I will get some of our fun Vegas pictures up on the blog later this week!

So, back to my outfit... I promise I felt a little like Lady Gaga in this slimming LBD. There was something about the shoulder pads and gold detail that just made me feel like I should be shaking on a stage somewhere, but honestly I am loving all of the little details on tops and dresses lately. It keeps the outfit simple, but adds a little accessory.

With the weather here in Utah changing by the minute it is so hard deciding what to wear. One minute it is snowing the next it is sunny and you don't need a coat. The one things that is always consistent is I am always cold!
Are you sick of all of my harem pants yet, because I'm not. They are so comfortable and a nice change from leggings. If you haven't noticed I like to wear longer shirts over my leggings and harem pants just so you don't see all of the imperfections in my bum beings leggings and harem pants seem to snug pretty tight!

Can you believe Valentine's is a week from today? Better start thinking about what you are going to get your honeys. Wes and I usually don't get anything for each other for Valentines Day. We typically like to have a stay-cation by staying somewhere nice and have a fabulous dinner. I have a hot LBD Wes gave me for Christmas I have been dying to wear...

So I am a sucker for deals. I found this darling LBD from Smith's Marketplace of all places for $15. I mixed the pokie dots with this fierce leopard jacket. Isn't it funny when you wear certain things it makes you feel a certain way. Let me explain... wearing this jacket makes me feel sassy. I think it's a combination of the leopard print and the soft fabric.
I think that is what I love so much about fashion it is a way to express yourself and go this is who I am!

Haha... this was a funny photo shoot. So, every morning on my way to work my mom and I will stop somewhere to take my pictures for the blog. It is always an adventure! We are constantly taking different routes to work to see what fun exciting things we can find. Well, we found this awesome red carpet at some club in Salt Lake.

Well my mom left the truck running while we were taking pictures and there was a homeless guy that kept walking by so I couldn't relax. I was afraid he was going to steal the truck, but anyway back to my outfit. I can just tell you that this dress was the deal of the day?? This is a dress from Jennifer Lopez's line she sells at Kohl's. It cost me a whole $3. Don't you feel like you have accomplished something wonderful when you get amazing deals? I know I do! ;)
