Oh hello loves! I wasn't feeling as vibrant today so I decided black suited my mood swimmingly. As you can see even when I try to blackout my apparel I still always need to add a pop of color! I hope you all have your Thanksgiving outfits planned. I know mine is already laid out.

I finally got to sport my floral crown I created (DIY Floral Crown Post). If this crown doesn't scream fashion statement then I don't know what will. I went with a very simple outfit to wear with the floral crown. I didn't want to be a walking clown show if you know what I mean...

If you don't have a black turtleneck hanging up in your closet right now I highly suggest you get one. There is something sexy and classic about a black turtleneck tucked into a pair of jeans. It is always my go to outfit for a night out on the town.

Floral Crowns

I know I am behind the times, but I have this new found obsession for floral crowns. They are feminine and are the perfect hair accessory to add a touch of color to any outfit. No one wears them better than Rachel Lynch from I HATE BLONDE. She is truly a sassy inspiration.

I searched trusty YouTube and found a few fabulous DIY Floral Crown Tutorials.  I followed this tutorial created by ThreadBanger. I felt like it was the most inexpensive, easy, and sturdy way of creating a floral crown. I suggest if you have short hair you may want to use smaller flowers on your floral crown. I like the WOW factor and everything, but I used big flowers and my crowns take up my whole head. It will definitely depend on the look you are going for.
